We have changed our name to Aden Health Centre & are part of NHS Grampian.

Patient registration Process

From the 14th of December 2020 patients can now download and complete a registration form from NHS Inform. Once completed please return the form by email to gram.adenadministrator@nhs.scot. If you do not have access to a pc to complete the registration form, please call us on 01771 624070.
